Mar 31,2019Agent was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, & thorough. He answered questions . Hopefully, everything works out the way he says it will & all the service will be available to our cottage. Website didn't mention all the fees for set up that are charged , but he said I will get them back. I am assuming that is correct as he seemed very forthright.

Mar 30,2019Beware! The sales rep lied to me on not only my order quoted rate but on the taxes associated with the order. The price for service was more then quoted. I had to contact AT&T direct and after two frustrating phone calls I had the order rate corrected. The taxes were still higher than quoted but I can live with that issue. Make sure you read all emails after making order. I'm glad I did and was able to get the rate corrected. If you wait after 14 days to contact, then you will not be able to cancel service without paying an early termination fee. I will definitely tell people to stay away from inmyarea.com.

Mar 30,2019I called the phone number from the website and the rep who helped me was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would give 5 stars for her service and the ultimate outcome, but I only gave 4 stars because while the website got me to a good solution, it provided inaccurate information about who had service and the options available at my address. I could have wasted a LOT of time comparing plans that weren't even available if I hadn't picked up the phone and called. But I did call and I feel good about my solution.
