I HAD A SALES PERSON NAME DEON, WHO TOOK HIS TIME AND EXLPAIN EVERYTHING TO ME. HE WENT OVER EVERYTHING AND MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD IT ALL. HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND WAS VERY VERY PATIENT. ALL I CAN SAY IS IT'S NICE TO HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THAT.
Sherry did a fantastic job of looking through a number of internet plans with me and helped me find the one that worked best. I really appreciated her professionalism and interest in helping to resolve a terrible issue where one of her colleagues sold me a new service plan with AT&T even though I'm an existing customer. This caused me hours of lost time and ultimately problems with AT&T who thought I was trying to scam them. Sherry helped me resolve the service problem with AT&T by simply dropping them, which I was happy to do after being held captive by AT&T's apathetic attitude toward my family as a customer for six years. they did not like the fact that i recieved a better deal. when i tried to cancel their service they kept transfering me and putting me on holdafter 50 min, i hung up and about 2 hours later the young lady called me back to say the cancelation did NOT go though and i needed to call back
My XFinity service again went up $20.00. In 2018 the price changed 2 times for just Internet .. no TV. They had no options. I called and Sherry understood what I was seeking. She found a service with my requirements + a good price. A saving of $72.00. Thanks Sherry
