I expect to be disappointed by all cable companies after having them as service for a while and I’m sure this one will too, however the beginning was great as it is in any relationship. The customer service was outstanding. I was spoken to by a representative who treated me as a person who could converse with me and solve a problem as opposed to arguing and causing ill will. More cable companies would do themselves a favor with this credo, working with customers as opposed to making them targets. They would be doing themselves a great favor since every single one of them are horrible to deal with. Also I really like the fact that I dealt with someone who is familiar with my area, they are in the country and they are not offshore. I know for a fact that is the reason companies have as much trouble with customer service as they do because they insist on going offshore. The cultural difference gets nothing done and it only creates that fissure wider. Evan was a pleasure to speak with and even though I will be paying a little more for cable now I feel it is worth it because I am getting something for my money. I can even speak to someone on his team if I ever have a problem who is familiar with my area and again not offshore. I was also offered incentives that were tempting and I can use them. I highly recommend AT&T/DIRECTV, they will work with you.
Anthony went out of his way to help understand everything about my new service with direct tv , would of given it 5 stars but hopefully it gives you something to shoot for
Excellent customer service. Went above and beyond to help me find what would work for us. And being we are rural it can be difficult apparently in this specific location.
I called InMyArea.com in order to get information about having internet service set up at my new home. Jesse was friendly, patient and knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I understood my options. I ended up going ahead and setting up my installation, which I hadn't initially planned on doing on this call, because he was so professional and made the whole process so easy!
Dylan was very helpful and informative, answering my questions and explaining the services well. I hope my experience with the satellite service and equipment will be as good.
