Jan 28,2019When I called the person from Viasat, he got irritated when I wanted to hang up and call AT&T directly. When I called the person listed as At&T, he calmly explained the way inmyarea.com worked and it made complete sense. Had the first person explained it better versus getting an attitude and becoming obviously irritated, I would have remained on the phone with him. I'm happy I got a different sales person, and got a decent deal I think.
