Jan 11,2019InmyArea rep was very kind and well knowledged in the products they sell. Just wish the product was less expensive. I can only get satellite internet where I live and the product costs triple what I was paying at my apartment and I am also getting 2 time LESS Mbps. Obviously not the reps fault at all. He was very nice, informative, and sympathetic. They were able to get me all set up over the phone. I decided to get my internet installed next week. I think I was supposed to get information on my internet plan but I have not received that yet.

Not pnly was the attention to detail phenomenal, she also saved me money, which is something that is rare in the customer service business. I undestood that she was doing her job with the upsale at the end of the call, but she wasnt pushy about it, which was also rare, and appreciated. 10 out of 10!
