He was so wonderful and helpful and friendly five stars for you Ben!) gave me more information about other providers so I knew I could make the right choices even though he couldn't sell to me. I will use this service again when I move somewhere else and need another internet option. Great service.

Jan 01,2019I was assisted by Marcie today in getting my new Internet account set-up and scheduled for installation. She was very sympathetic in hearing my experience with another incompetent internet company, which brought me to Spectrum (recommended by two of your current customers.). She was very helpful, explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything she was explaining to me. She was very professional and was able to get me an installation appointment much sooner than I expected due to the busy holiday season. I would definitely recommend her and your company just because of the customer service I received from her today. Thank You!!!
