I’ve payed my policy for months and then when I need them and did the claim (first they made everything long around a month and at the end to say that they will not refund me and cancel the policy). I was said I will receive a refund for what I payed for which I am still waiting and they had the courage with a cancel policy to continue to collect money from my account. Poor customer service and 0 care for costumer needs. Stay away from them.

Jul 30,2024I was sceptical after reading some reviews but I cannot fault insurance2go - they were amazing! My phone fell out of my pocket on a bus in the early hours on a Saturday morning. I put my claim in on Sunday and was delivered a phone by Tuesday! A huge shoutout and thank you to Klara who was incredibly helpful and supportive during this stressful time - she even went out of her way to call me The next day and check in on me!
