Apr 27,2024I am not sure why you are rated excellent as you are treating your customers very poor. Asking for so many proofs and still don’t have my phone after such a long time , they want the bill to show your list which means you have to wait till the end of the month to get it and proof of everything, and sim replacement confirmation from carrier, 4 identification evidence . What the hell are you ? I can use my provisional driving licence at the bank but not with this stupid insurance. This is disgusting I definitely regret doing insurance with you and next time I will get from apple or Vodafone where you get your phone in 3 days. Appalling service.
