May 20,2024The phone I insured was 6mths old the one I received is of questionable age etc as no info on it was received with it! It is the same make and model but I was expecting it to be new. I took the replacement phone to a couple of phone shops and was told its value is £80. Great I still have another £375. To pay on the original phone that is lost. It cost me £50 excess £35 ins and £5.95 to obtain the lost phone certificate totally more than the value of the phone DONT GET PHONE INSURANCE!!!
