My replacement phone comes only with 3 months warranty and if something happens after, I'll have to make another claim and pay ridiculously high excess. Sent me a cheap colour replacement which probably costs around £300 when I have around the same amount in premium for the last 2 premium. Paid £125 excess so have pretty much more than paid for my phone. Better off not having had insurance and could have bought a better phone with my own money. Go with mobile providers for insurance, better quality than these scammer!

Mar 06,2024BUYER BEWARE Please make sure you read all of the small print before taking out a policy to insure your mobile phone. You will NOT get a new phone. You will receive a “refurbished” phone that will have marks and scratches and it will only be guaranteed for 3 months (hardly inspires confidence in the reliability of the phone).If this is all you are after then go ahead, if not there are better policies out there. Read the terms and conditions VERY carefully or you will end up getting something very different from what you think you are getting.
