Jan 24,2025Rip off at LAX, 33% less than I normally get! my normal exchange would be 6 BRL, They gave me 4 BRL per USD. I could’ve got five if I’ve ordered 24 hours ahead. Management at LAX should not allow this kind of third world currency exchange to operate on Airport premises

Oct 22,2024I ordered a bunch of currency for the country I was travelling too. Despite getting a conformation, and then (2 days later) a further notice that my currency awaited pickup, none of the airport staff has heard of it. It seems the emails are automatically generated simply to bring you in to the kiosk. Now I am trapped airside with no hope of locating the required currency. Appalling service; essential fraud.

Oct 09,2024At SFO airport, ICE provided $200 SGD for $207 USD which included a $10.95 fee. Rep explained the rate I had looked up online was a bank to bank rate. In Singapore at a currency exchange place (not a bank), I got $260 SGD for $200 USD so paid $60 more on $200 exchange so is 30% loss. Shame on San Francisco Airport for allowing this company to fleece it's customers. They should bring in a company that is more honest and follows standard business practices.

Jun 19,2024Never Ever Exchange With Them, I made a transaction at Toronto Pearson Airport, This company is just robbing the innocent travelers. The buying and selling rates have a difference of approx 40% which is a complete scam. They Charge you 7 cad fee on top of it for every transaction. I talked to the manager for the rates, she was so rude and insulting. I believe the the airport authority knows everything but they dont do anything cz they get a good cut from this scam. I read one of the news on Toronto Star it covers the whole story of this ongoing scam. name of the story is why it cost $40 more to exchange $200 at airport. its time for travelers to get better deal. go on torontostar website to read the whole story.

Apr 25,2024I was misled when I exchanged my pounds for Turkish lira at a rate that was 30% worse than the actual rates. It's difficult to trust them. Make sure to double-check everything before agreeing to their proposed exchange rates.

Feb 18,2024This is a company that steals from customers. They don’t honor their published rates on their own website, and prey on the trust of unsuspecting customers. Example- I exchanged $300 US, and received 4000 pesos, an exchange of ~.07 pesos per dollar. When I inquired about the disconnect, I was told the rate I was looking at on their website was t accurate ( how is this possible) If you check The ICE website, the current rate per peso is 14.84 pesos dollar. While I understand rates change constantly, this large of disconnect is simply theft. I as a customer on this day at the current rate published on their website should have received 4,450, a disconnect of nearly 10%. ( and that’s after we paid a $9 flat fee for their service) Save yourself the trouble and use an exchange you trust and steer clear of international currency exchange at any location.

Feb 04,2024Robbed me 70 euro in no time , when tell your woman the rate is not good . She said she is using the rate of the bank . Which is not true . I understand you are a business you have to make a profit . But this is too much . Currency exchange after security in dublin Airport terminal 1 is better and as same as the bank .

Dec 29,2023Daylight robbery. You charged us £210 GBP for 7,000 Thai Baht. That is some mark up, based on currency exchange is should have been £160 (wished I had checked at the time on line rate). £50 gbp mark up that is unacceptable

Nov 07,2023Had a trip planned to Jordon . Went to ICE and they charged me a rate of 2.31 for Jordan Dinars. Trip got canceled due to the potential unrest in the Middle East right now with the Israeli war. Took the money back for return, they gave me 1.74. The actual exchange is 1.94 as of this afternoon. At least they had grace to smile while they were stealing my money. Note to self - Never Again.

Oct 22,2023Why is the currency exchange fee so high? I only need a small amount of cash, 45 pounds should be around 51 euros, but I was offered only 36 euros. 30% fee seems a bit high, even for international station rates.

Oct 16,2023At Atlanta Hartsfield Airport ICE advertises a $12.95 flat rate fee, and their exchange rate board lists the dollar to euro exchange rate, but don’t tell you it IS NOT the current international exchange rate. They charged me a 30% mark up over the actual exchange rate plus the $12.95 flat rate fee. No disclaimers, nothing. They’re thieves with a business license.

Aug 17,2023completely scam. stay away this ice currency exchange. their website says no fee, fair rate, stress free. its office in ottawa airport is completely opposite. cannot imagine such a company can survive in canada. need to file a class litigation against. RCMP should investigate on it
