No issues with the products purchased. Intro Car insist on using a courier rather than mail to IOM. Instead of a charge go around £10, it was £40, representing an increase in total cost of around 1/3. The courier failed to follow delivery instructions and left the parcel out in the open, not in either of the prescribed places & when I eventually found it, it was wet through. Fortunately the contents were well packed & undamaged. Ian
