Ryan's responses to my numerous technical queries were prompt, very comprehensively addressed and noted clearly, making ordering as a follow-up a no-brainer. Finish of the new part (new Prestige repro water pump) appears to be every bit as good as original new part would have been back in 1947. Feb 25,2023Extremely helpful. I decided to replace my headlights as we had experienced that they were not very bright so, I assumed they were the original design. This on a Bentley S11. When the new ones arrived I took off one of the originals only to find it was not an original, in fact identical to the ones sent by Introcar. They kindly agreed to take them back and I replaced the bulbs in the originals with high performance bulbs.

Feb 23,2023I dislike being told prices w/o VAT. I rang up for an alternator belt and was quoted £17. I had to ask if that included VAT and ask for the total ("oh, that's plus p&p") which came in at £27. Let's be more 'up front' from the outset please.
