She was extremely knowledgeable and screen shared to address the problem. She also reviewed my account and insured my parts were ordered. What a wonderful way to respond and satisfy a customer! Sep 14,2021I have ordered multiple items from IntroCar for the last 3 years. I have spent 3 days trying to order from their new website. I have tried from 3 different computers and my phone. This is the poorest excuse for a website I have experienced. Of course I am in Seattle Wa, and the time difference makes it almost impossible to talk to someone. The website also provides no email, chat abilities, or a contact us tab. Just trying to give my money to a business and again this new website sucks. Always happy to help over the phone so its really the sort of place enthusiasts etc would be looking for and not “computer generated” attitude you would get from main dealers etc. Keep it up guys!
