The parts were fairly priced, arrived quickly and were exactly the right parts, that not even the Derby Bentley parts specialists could find. I've dealt with IntroCar for over 20 years and always received excellent service - even on the odd occasion when a part has been incorrect or faulty, there's never been a problem with returns or refunds. Apr 04,2024I normally deal with Phil at Introcar, whom is always polite and helpful any time of the day, although any person you speak too is extremely helpful. Their delivery is always on time, and their prices ( Could always do with more discount LOL) are reasonable. Advice is free, so I use them on every occasion without hesitation. Keep up the good work Phil otherwise ( I know where you park your car)
