Oct 31,2023I felt the new car mats were slightly larger than the original size and that made a minior poor fit. It seemed if they were 4-5mm smaller, it would look more original. It is possible they will mold to a proper size and fit. They do look well made, but proper fit is necessary. IntroCar more than happy to send a new set or price adjustment, but not necessary.

Oct 27,2023I love IntroCar. Owning a Bentley you will need hard to find parts. They always know what I need (sometimes better than I do) and have always steered me in the right direction with the parts I need. I’m in the U.S. and the shipping is quite fast considering the distance. This is the only company I use for Bentley parts.

Recently I order quite some more parts and Ryan Dennis very patient to help me along for the whole week on how to arrange the shipment and options. Although there was some unexpected in this order, Introcar exceed my expectations and totally look into to resolve speedily even after the shipment Introcar and their great staff like Ryan is definitely the specialist on RR and Bentley parts, one word - Superb !
