Update** it took itueco 7 months to reply to this review! There seems to be a theme here! … Chap came knocking about a free boiler upgrade which we qualified for on medical grounds. I filled in forms, sent back paperwork and we were told we had been accepted and that an installer will be in touch. It’s now been 4 months and I haven’t received any correspondence from Intueco. When I have called them .. I’ve been told to wait for an installer to get in touch. I asked what the average wait time is and was told 4-6 weeks. So why have I been kept waiting 4 months, they couldn’t answer. So I’ve cancelled the job. It’s pretty poor going. Why canvass for work when you can’t deliver the job?

Apr 19,2024I have been harrassed over a week of working night duty as a nurse by a young guy called jacob banging on my door demanding i provide documents to be signed up for the scheme claiming it is a government requirement every time i told him no he sent me messages insulting me and threatening me i have tried to complain to the company and they have now resolved the issue and explained this was down to the behaviour of one individual who is no longer affiliated with the company and that this isnt what the company is about
