Jan 14,2025To open account the process is extremely frustrating! I gave up waaay toooo much time out of my day, bank account and life on this company. The fees are way too high for what you go through and end up getting. I tried to downgrade my subscription after discovering I could not use the office number to make outgoing calls and found out additional charges would be assessed for faxes and shredding. iPostal then charged me 3 different times for notary services I did not use. I have to now wait on a paper check to receive the refund. When they were real quick to charge my card. In addition, they charged me the subscription fee before my account was even open and receiving mail. I hadn't even done my notary session. SMH. I was also told by a representative that I could not down grade my subscription since I had already started. The only reason I did not cancel my service all together was because I had already notified other businesses (SunBiz) of my new address. The only saving grace to this entire fiasco was the manager Lovely LuLi. Her professionalism, patience, friendly demeanor and willingness to stay late after work to try to rectify the situation kept me from going postal on iPostal. They definitely better show me (some free months) and something different than what they have in order for me to stay as a customer. When you know better you do better!

Jan 14,2025Their website CLEARLY STATES "If you have already taken your form to a notary and had it notarized in person, please press here to visit our uploads page" and provides a link to upload. I notarized the documents in person with my local notary and contacted customer service to confirm once they were uploaded. After an hour of waiting, the customer service rep on the chat informed me that they require an online notary and that their website is out of date. Even after admitting the website says an in person notary is ok, they still could not help me. The online notary they require charges 4x the amount of a standard notary. After reading many other bad reviews of their service I decided to cancel my account.

From the online notary through the ipostal system to the friendly faces at the mailbox location I'm using, everything has been great. Based on the reviews I read prior to signing up, and my experiences thus far, pay attention to what the fees are when signing up and there will be no surprises.

Jan 10,2025After 36 hours, the mail centered has not processed my request for shipping my mail. The mail center phone number is disconnected. It will take 1-3 days to receive a response from the mail center, even after calling Postal 1.

Jan 10,2025I postal.com offered me a virtual address then added the po box number afterwards. I canceled the account within the month. Now, they are holding my mail hostage which I think is illegal. Not worth the money or effort. It would be easier to get a pobox from the post office. I would not recommend for business purposes.
