I've been trying for over a week now to get the USPS form completed. I overpaid for their expensive notary service and uploaded the documents to be told they are too blurry which they are not. Then I send them to the IForms email address several times no response now they are claiming they didn't receive them. Well where the heck am I emailing them to? It's now almost 5am and I'm up emailing and resending documents again to them for a 4th time. This is freaking ridiculous. Stay far away from them. For the price this experience is trash. Now, they reply claiming they didn't receive an email response with the documents. I emailed them to Formsupport@ipostal1 on 1/12 at 11:09am, again on 1/20 at 8:39pm, 1/20 at 9:07pm. In addition, I opened a ticket on 1/19 as well and received no help what so ever. Now I have emailed the documents again to service@ipostal1 today 1/22. This are personal documents that I'm having to send over and over soon again. And all they can do is send the same preprogrammed response and not address the deficiencies in their process.

I love ipostal. It’s a safe place for me to have my packages delivered and decreased my chances of package theft which was my reason for getting ipostal to begin with in addition to the fact that I’m not always home when packages are being delivered.
Our business has been a long time iPostal1 subscriber. The concept is great and is very helpful since we work remotely. Unfortunately, the service is lacking the basic care one would expect when handling mail. We have customer that send payments by check, to our iPostal1 Service Center, which is the Staples location at 650 Ponce De Leon, in Atlanta GA. A consistent problem we have is that some payments either do not ever make it to our iPostal1 mailbox or are add weeks later! I am currently dealing with a customer that has mail their payment three times now; putting stop payments on checks and reissuing them. I just recently had a customer call in two weeks after mailing the payment, to ask why their payment has not posted. They stopped payment on the check and reissued it. The original payment finally made it into our iPosta1 mailbox over 30 days after the postmarked date! The reissue, that was sent three weeks ago has yet to arrive. I continuously blame the horrendous Atlanta Postal System, however, it was never this bad when we have mail delivered direct to our office. In addition, I notice that when we have our Service Center consolidate and forward our mail, they consistently list the consolidation and shipment as "Shipped", yet when tracking the shipment, it's not in UPS, position for several days after they claim it has shipped. It may be more Staples employees that are the problem, and not iPostal1, but I think iPostal1, should at the very least let their customers rate the service center they use. I would like to find one that has competent employees that realize the reasonability they have. _______________________________________________ I appreciate the quick reply. However, you should be so quick when handling support case from customers logging to the iPostal1 portal. I general have to wait a week for a reply. Based on your response, I called the Service Center, about my consolidation shipment that was marked being shipped 5 days ago and that UPS tracking system shows they are not in possession of. The Staples employee told me I should call UPS, because she already has, and they have 500+ shipments waiting to be picked up. UPS has not made a pickup in the last 3 days. (My package was said to have been shipped 5 days ago). In any case, the Staples employee was clearing annoyed and said she gets these types of calls all the time and there is nothing she can do. This is the shipment date listed on the iPostal1 portal: 17-Jan-2025 11:54 pm 26743755 650 Ponce De Leon Ave Ste. 300 #1XXX This is what the UPS site is reporting, on 01-Jan-2025 at 4:36 pm. Estimated delivery: UPS doesn’t have possession of the package yet. Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the package. If there is an issue with UPS, then someone with problem solving skills, please get on the phone with UPS and solve the problem. This is unacceptable! If I had any idea which Service Center had better service, I would switch in a heartbeat; even though it would require paying for two subscriptions, to accommodate the switch. Again, I would suggest letting customers rate the Service Center they use, and publish that information, so others can make an educated decision on which Service Centers to utilize and which to avoid.

Jan 23,2025I am living abroad and don't have access to my mail until I found iPostal1. Now I am notified everytime I get mail Plus I can see what the mail is and I can even have iPostal1 open the mail scan the contents and e-mail it to me. Isn't that great! Thank you for your service iPostal1.
