Jun 26,2023We had windows, French doors and cladding done and all were completed on time with no disruption. The fitters Josh and Ash were very meticulous and always left the house tidy everyday they left. The quality of the items fitted were excellent and we have no hesitation in recommending ITF.

Feb 13,2023ITF removed our old wooden window frames & patio doors and replaced them with with new. Fitters were very accommodating and polite and did a good job. All rubbish & mess cleared and removed at the end of the day. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Mack and Steve really nice guys attention to detail was exultant, cleaned the frames and glass to a high standard after fitting very polite and they liked my bacon rolls would not hesitate to use them again

Jan 20,2023I was always kept informed of what was happening and when The windows were fitted professionally and the fitters were polite and friendly and even had a hoover round when they’d finished. The fitting overran but I was never left not knowing what was happening and they carried on each day until they were finished and didn’t leave me for days on end or anything. Would definitely recommend.

Jan 14,2023Took delivery and fitting of two bi-folding doors for my kitchen today. My experience with ITF has been that they have been friendly and keen to answer any questions I had about the product before I committed. They came and measured up promptly and when I paid the deposit the order to immediately placed. In January (poor planning on my part) the doors were fitted by Steve and Macca. They we polite, tidy and very efficient in getting the job done and took time to show me the product and point out progress as they went. The only issue we had was the beading was not the right colour (a factory fault) and needed to be resolved however this was resolved in a short space of time. Overall very happy so far.

Jul 07,2023New windows and doors! Highly recommend Ipswich Trade Frames They responded the same day to my enquiry and came over a day or so later to measure up and quote. The quote was with me within 24hrs! Very competitive quote, so they got the job. 10 windows and 2 doors later..... Steve and Brandon installed them and they're fab fellas. Very professional and perfectionists. They were polite, extremely trustworthy, and they kept me updated all the time letting me know what was happening next. If you want new windows and doors, give them a call. 5* service! I'm so happy with the finished products, We finally have doors that actually fit in the hole!!
