Feb 23,2022We recently had some windows replaced by Ipswich Trade Frames. From start to completion the job went smoothly and without any problems. We dealt with Troy in the office, who we found very efficient, very polite and professional, and nothing was too much trouble to him when asking for his advice and details. Keith came out to survey the job who was equally as helpful and professional. The two fitters who undertook the work were excellent. The windows were fitted to a very high standard, they worked so well together which made for a no hassle, very smooth running job. We found them, like all the staff we have dealt with, very polite and very professional. When they had completed the work there was nothing to tidy up and they left the property as they found it. We felt that they treated the property with great respect Great work gents and good to have you do the work for us. We highly recommend Ipswich Trade Frames. A&S Harris

Feb 22,2022Very helpful when surveying and fitting windows and a very professional job done, I'm pleased with the outcome. There was a measurement discrepency with one window coming 2cm larger than the window opening but this was dealt with by the fitter who very neatly cut the opening a little wider. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Nov 30,2021I had 4 UPVC windows replaced, and one sliding patio door. Good price and they were all installed well, apart from missing off the outer sill end caps on the sliding door. They seem to work well. However it took several attempts to get them to come and fit the missing end caps, and to measure up a panel in a different window to get a replacement.

Nov 11,2021We were both so incredibly impressed with the team at Ipswich Trade frames, fantastic communication from the beginning. Having emailed with an enquiry we soon met with the team at their office to look at their products and talk through what we had in mind. It was then a very simple process of finalising details such as sizes, how the windows would open, colours all via email, to which they were always very quick to respond. The team came out to mesure when we had the frames ready to ensure that when the fitting came to it, they were perfect. My partner and I are building a house for the first time and so learning every day, the team were patient, considerate and we both felt that they always had our best interest at heart. We are incredibly happy with our windows and doors and we are so glad that we chose to go with ITF. They have fit so perfectly with our larch cladding, Scandinavian style house we are building and we’re exactly the vision we were hoping for. Installation process was very quick and efficient. They always communicated to us when they had any updates on delivery dates. The whole team were easy to chat with and always very helpful. Could not fault them.

Nov 08,2021We had a fantastic service from everyone involved at ITF from selecting our windows and Composite front door through to the fitting. Thanks to Keith for his accurate measuring and helping to choose the pattern on the 3 obscure windows, the fitters who had to work through some heavy downpours the first day. They put down dust sheets in all rooms and left everywhere very tidy. There had to be some adjustments made to the porch and front door, no fault of the company, the fitters done a good job with the porch and Josh done a good job with the door. Would definitely recommend ITF.

Nov 04,2021Dealing with Jordan was a breeze and he was able to supply the conservatory we actually wanted. The choosing and designing was just as efficient and very straightforward. In addition, he was also able to fit the installation within the time frame discussed. Installation was good and whilst there were a few bits to tidy up, these were sorted and completed very soon after. All in all, a great experience and very happy with the finished product. Review does not include any brickwork, internal plastering or screeding which was undertaken by my own builder. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

As a builder and speaking from experience, a lot of window companies usually get something wrong somewhere along the line but Ipswich Trade Frames are an exception even on very complicated projects with lots of varying details.

The chaps installing were very polite, well mannered and professional. Cleaned up very well after them too. A couple of weeks on from installment and there are no complaints whatsoever. Hence 5 stat review.
