Jun 01,2024On holiday in France with my mobile router and my former sim card company let me down. IQ were great, they had a package perfect for touring Europe in my caravan, and for a small extra charge agreed to send it out to France. The guy I bombarded with emails was patient, knowledgable and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

May 23,2024This is the 2nd review that I have written because they absolutely deserve 5*!! Last time was for my new sim, this time it is for the absolute 2nd to none support I have now had!! I am currently in Norway and I was having trouble with my Mifi. I have 3 device connections to the Mifi but only my Iphone would have connection to the internet via the Sim. After wattsapp to Frazer at 10:30pm I was surprised that I got an immediate response at that time!! We tried several things but needed to wait for the absolute tech guru Peter to investigate it the next morning!! It appears it wasn’t a Sim issue but my Mifi… After some to and fro’s we managed to find a work around and now all devices are connected to Internet!! I now believe that this is a Mifi router problem which I will investigate when I get home in 2 months as I will do a firmware update just in case!! I do not want to do it now as I don’t want to be without internet in Norway!! Although not their product fault they were more than willing to assist me in my time of need!! I 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 you!!! Have no affiliation to IQ other than being an extremely thankful customer!! Thanks again Frazer and Peter for your patience!!

May 23,2024We were planning an 8 week round trip to Croatia in our Motorhome and wanted a reliable sim card, primarily for our sat nav, but also as a supplement to the meager EU allowance my phone provider gave me. After a lot of research I stumbled upon IQ Mobile. They offer a sim, IQ Go, specifically aimed at Motorhomes and Caravans. It's just £20 a year for the sim, then you top up and activate it, as and when you need it. There are various data options - I paid £20 for 100GB for 30 days (unlimited). So far we've camped in the mountains and between the mountains and never not had a signal. The sim is in an old phone which we use as a hotspot for the sat nav, 2 mobiles, an Ipad, a laptop and a firestick. I've streamed 5 football matches and a movie, and I'm still within the 100GB limit. As the month is nearly up, I've just paid for another 100GB to be activated when my current one expires. Best of all is their customer service. I've asked several questions via Whatsapp (Frazer) and had a satisfactory reply within minutes. I'm not affiliated with them in any way, just very impressed with their product and customer service.

May 21,2024Great service which in this day and age is hard to come by! Very quick response to technical queries and changing my existing number over. Have been with a couple of the bigger companies and found calling them very frustrating indeed. IQ has a no nonsense approach to roaming with no hidden catches, I have been using it in 3 different countries in Europe and the internet has been excellent. I would also rather give my money to a smaller, well deserving company. Fully recommended.

I had an initial problem setting up my Mifi and Frazer patiently talked me through it via WhatsApp. I have travelled all around France and it has worked a treat. In the evenings we have been able to get ITVx and BBC iPlayer, Prime Video, Apple TV and Netflix. Adding a bolt on was really easy.

Frazer assisted me via WhatsApp, quickly identifying the problem as a router issue. He patiently guided me through troubleshooting for hours until everything worked perfectly. His dedication and expertise were outstanding. Highly recommend!

May 15,2024Having recently used IQ Mobile for IQ GO, I had no hesitation in switching my phone contacts to them for my phone and my wife. Everything I ask and do with them has been first class. When you send a message to IQ Mobile on a Sunny evening, you don’t expect a reply. However 10 minutes later, I had the answer to my question. How good is that!! If you’re looking for a company that gives an amazing service, try giving these guys a go!

May 11,2024I was having problems setting up my campervan router with the IQ sim.Frazer at IQ had tried,patiently,to guide me through the procedure over the phone but in the end I visited the IQ office in Bath and Frazer sorted my router and set it all up ready to roll.Fantastic service.I would highly recommend them.

May 08,2024My first experience with IQ was setting up my up Wi-Fi in the campervan I was very nervous after a bad experience with another supplier left me out of pocket with no internet connection and very poor customer service! I need not have worried I purchased an IQ Go data only sim with a 100gb for 30 days £20 You can hop on and out as and when you want to use in the UK and Europe I was guided through the process all the way by a very patient young man on the WhatsApp Customer Service. It has worked without any problems both here and abroad ( I could even watch English TV on my iPad as there was no need for a separate VPN) I transferred my husband’s mobile phone too and he has 30g of roaming a month, messages and phone calls for £15 per month! I am now transferring my mobile phone with the same package - think that says it all! If you’re thinking of a new supplier or transferring from your present one don’t be nervous you’ll be in good hands with IQ

May 07,2024We need a data only sim for EU roaming in our motorhome, have tried a few with mixed results. Decided last year to try IQ. Have to say where ever we have been including some rural parts of France even at our cottage which is in a dip right out in the sticks the signal has always been good even when streaming. We use a Huawei E5885Ls-93a with as stated a data only sim. We subscribe to IQ GO which suits us perfectly, we have the card or sim which is £20 for a year. They also do calls text and data sims, Then buy data as and when we require it. The advantage we find is as neither of us is particularly mobile and we like to go away out of season we use the tv a lot as well as my IPad and 2 smart phones. This winter we hope to find our way down to Portugal where we will be outside of the Astra 2 footprint so a fair amount of data will be needed. The advantage of IQ although the EU roaming is limited to three months in any one year you can simply just add on more data. I rarely write reviews and have no connection with this company but can only say for us customer service has always be excellent with prompt helpful replies especially as I am not the best at all this sort of stuff
