Great service from Peter, we were heading on holiday on the afternoon of a next day delivery, so he installed the SIM and configured it all for EU roaming so it worked out the box. He also chased the courier to make sure it arrived. Personal service - fantastic!
Coverage, being the same as EE, is OK. In bad weather I had the Internet coming to a halt on several occasions, which is strange as I didn't have this problem with a different provider I use simultaneously. The IT system managing the account could definitely be better. Trying to check how much data I've got left within my limit is impossible. After a clumsy process of logging into the account with some security codes sent via SMS (which is very unhelpful when using the sim in a router) and checking the data usage, I only get how much data I used divided into calendar months. That tells me nothing when it comes to how much I've got left within my billing period. Customer Service - my waiting time was 1-2 hours when contacting them via WhatsUp within limited office hours. So, I'd say a bit long wait, but they were helpful once we started talking.

Jan 13,2024It was ok for the first 3 months, after that I started having problems with incoming calls (which were hitting straight voicemail) and after almost 2 weeks of messages with support back and forth, I decided to move to a different network. Some of the advices were literally ridiculous (like asking to use 4G instead of 5G even if signal was good on both). I lost faith in that network. Additionally, wasn’t receiving any notification that I have new messages on voicemail, and when I reported that to support via WhatsApp, I’ve been totally ignored. I give 3 stars for internet speed which was good, if not that I would live 1 star here. Coverage: 4/5 Internet speed: 5/5 Customer service responsiveness: 4/5 Calls: 1/5
