I was quite lost and felt unattended. Website is weak and continuity of care of was not present. Iwas Shuffling thru departments lost. Then Kimberly stepped in and took over. As in she was in charge and didnt pass me off. She followed up many times and multiple properties. She transformed frustrating into - oh my that was easy. Over and over from documentation of files to execution of investments. Great job Kimberly. She pulled in San G. For rhe extra muscle she needed and they crushed all my paperwork / accounting problems.

I was in need of a self-directed IRA to take advantage of an investment opportunity. I vetted the alternatives as best I could.
