She researched our account while on hold and found that more information was needed to assist us. She came back on the phone and said she needed to do more research. She said she would call us back instead of keeping us on hold for so long. She called back by the end of the day (within an hour) and explained exactly what we needed to do. She provided the necessary forms required and offered to assist us with any further questions we might have. Very friendly and helpful attitude. She was great!
