Their reps have been a great help in closing the gap. Just got off the phone with Casper Dabek who was very insightful and answered my somewhat unconventional questions very well.

All staff encounters have been positive, some more helpful than others, but I was always provided useful information. Even when I reached out to Alan, he was quick to respond with requested information. Thank you!! Special shout out to Brenda Benning! She’s amazing team member and truly made me feel comfortable with my investments. She is thoughtful, patient and a fantastic representative of IRA Financial. She returned messages in a timely fashion and her information was always very helpful. Her attention to details is remarkable!! Alan should be proud to have her at IRA Financial. Another shout out to Kimberly Powell!! Kimberly is another amazing professional! Very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Alan should feel very fortunate to also have her on the team!! The one negative experience I’ve encountered on several occasions is getting someone to pick up the phone. Several calls to IRA Financial have gone unanswered and/ or required several attempts, sometimes having to call the next day. In conclusion, I will use IRA Financial in the future and have already made recommendations to others to use your company for alternative investments. Aug 09,2024I've thoroughly researched the major SDIRA custodians and they came out number 1 with Directed IRA a close second, in my opinion of course, as of today. Some of my deciding factors included fees, ratings, education, Adam Bergman's on;ine presence, and the fact that IRA Financial weathered a recent storm and appear to be doing their best for their affected clients, amonst other things. I did run into a small issue trying to open a new account, due to I believe a little department disconnect, but Kaleb was able to step in and helped me greatly! Much appreciated! I recommend IRA Financial.
