Sep 26,2024I received instructions to complete multiple forms on a deposit and what was being asked to fill out did not make sense. I called in and one of your representatives did not have the experience to assist with my question and gave erroneous information on how to fill out the forms. This was escalated to Gina who very quickly understood the issue and let me know the correct form to fill out, what y'all are looking for on that form, and stayed with me to get the pdf form submitted since the web deposit information form was having issues and not filling in correctly. Now I understand, this process will be much quicker in the future. Thank you Gina!

In the beginning it was a little rough but in the last couple years, I've noticed major improvement, especially in the customer service area. Gina Lopez, one of the customer service specialists, has not just been helpful, but has gone out of the way to make sure that my questions and concerns are answered fully. I lost my dad this year and it's been difficult to say the least navigating all that needs to be done. Gina has been kind and understanding and has made proper notes in my file so that if she isn't the one I reach, the specialist I get can read what's going on and help me as well. Really spectacular customer service.
