THE STAFF IS VERY COURTEOUS, KNOWLEGEABLE, DO ACCURATE BILLING FOR OFFICE AND HOSPITAL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, VERIFY E.O.M.B / RECEIVABLES, FOLLOW UP WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES AND ARE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES. MY MEDICAL PRACTICE HAS SEEN SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENT IN GETTING PAYMENTS FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANIES AND MY OVERALL INCOME HAD IMPROVED SIGNIFICANTLY.. I encounter multiple situations with billing lots of times I need to know how much certain procedures and codes are being paid for and I am provided that information in extremely fast and efficient manner. Multiple times I need help with our charting system to insert new form to change or adjust the form multiple times and the staff patiently works with me to provide any corrections needed and do any new innovations we need to create. Dale has been exceptionally helpful and addressed all the issues I had
