Unfortunately the goods where slightly damaged by the parcel service (gift box) but Irishmalts where very very open and quick in responding and offering a compensation. The single bottles come wrapped up in a good quality protection folie what makes a damage absolutely impossible! Never had this before and this for me shows the interest of Irishmalts to deliver in a robust and proper way! Such dealing with issues is what a customer should and can expect from any trader! Thanks John for your efford and help! I can highly recommend this service and I do give Irishmalts one star extra! surely again!
