After two queries and three working days I was told "warehouse must have missed order and charge for next day delivery will be repaid". I do not see the point of this guarantee if it is ignored. I eventually got order on the fourth working day after delivery. Staff attitude was totally unacceptable - would be very reluctant to use again.
