Mar 10,2024My daughter had smashed her iPhone screen was quoted £219 elsewhere! Checked online reviews for ismash so thought we'd give them a try, absolutely not disspointed!! Screen was repaired within half an hour, new case, screen protector and free screen repair for a year for £129!! Served by Abu at the Leeds branch, he was fab, no 14yr old wants to hand their phone over to a stranger, he reassured her and us, super friendly! Won't go anywhere else now.

Mar 09,2024Booked online and dropped phone in 30 mins early, immediately reassured that phone could be fixed and impressed with booking in process including sleeve to protect phone. Collected fully working phone about an hour later, with everything working and possibly with the finger print reader working better than before. Marginally pricy compared to others, but worth every penny!

Mar 08,2024I accidentally dropped my phone on my ipad and the screen was utterly smashed, especially around the home button. I took it into iSmash at bluewater, and the very next day it was as good as new. You wouldn't think the screen had ever been damaged at all. iSmash is an incredible service and well worth the prices they charge.

Mar 08,2024They use fake apple components. They list on their website that they are "apple certified" and use "genuin apple components" however, this is a lie, they use fake batteries and screens and sell them off as apple genuine knowing that YOU the customer would never open the phone and find out! After a short email chain with their customer service, they revealed this fact to me but call their parts "iSmash Genuine" parts. Trust them at your own risk!

Mar 08,2024Was running for the bus, phone fell out of my pocket and the screen smashed on the pavement - worst nightmare ever!! I'm moving to Spain in a few weeks and this is the last thing I needed to worry about. I have a Google Pixel and checked accredited repairers near me, paid a visit to iSmash in Leeds Trinity and I could not have been more impressed with the service. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the whole process was so easy and I picked my phone up 90 minutes later, looking good as new. I'm so so grateful to the team in Leeds Trinity, lifesavers!!!

Mar 06,2024Needed a new battery for my iPhone 6s. Looked at review’s and went to ISmash St David’s 2 in the Sky shop Cardiff. Great service there , very professional and reasonably priced. I did try a few other shops for this service but didn’t get the feeling of trust and on the spot prices which were actually higher than ISmash. Would recommend and use again.

Mar 04,2024I was 😢 saddened to have a cracked screen on my iPad a recent Christmas gift. I contacted iSmash,Croydon branch & spoke to Arun. He put me at ease & booked me in for an appointment the next morning. What would have been normally a 24/48hour service I got a call that same afternoon to say my iPad was ready for collection. Arun was extremely professional with much sincerity in the service he provided. I would 100% recommend iSmash for your tech repairs 😊

Mar 03,2024I managed to run over my iPhone in my car after it dropped out of my pocket. Crushed the screen! Made an appointment on line for the next day. I couldn’t fault them. Very polite and did the repair while I waited. 15 minutes tops. The chap was lovely and said how common it was for this type of damage.

He took care when fitting my screen protector ensuring it was precise; yet he was still fast and efficient.
