Mar 26,2024They replace screens with poor quality screen that is not bright. The screen brightness is maybe half or worse of what Apple original screen would be. Makes it difficult to see anything from the screen when it’s day light or when anyone tries to scan QR code from my screen for post or ticket it’s not scanning because you can’t make the screen bright enough. Lesson learnt = go to Apple store to get your stuff fixed.

Mar 22,2024Took an IPhone 6S for a new battery - it was repaired before I could finish a coffee. Also the ISmash engineer said that the battery might not last long as the phone is old and was not designed to be used so much. However the battery lasts multiple days now. Awesome !! Cost was £35 whereas the Apple Store is £85 and Apple does not support the 6S model anymore!

Mar 18,2024Ismash in Kingston changed my iPhone 13 pro screen. Then i received my phone on the screen was message that screen is not genuine or not installed properly. Then i asked staff why is this, they told me they using not genuine parts and this message will stay all the time. Then i make booking for repair nobody was mentioning about that.

Mar 15,2024I recently visited Ismash shop in Birmingham to replace the front glass on my Pixel 5. However, instead of just replacing the glass, they ended up replacing the entire screen without my consent. Not only that, but they assured me they were using genuine Pixel parts, yet the screen they installed was clearly not authentic. The quality of the new screen is absolutely horrendous, and I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable phone repairs.

Mar 26,2024Had an amazing experience at the Leeds branch at Trinity. Polite and helpful staff. The store manager (Ghufran) was very professional and informed me about the possibility of not having to pay for the repair because of Google warranty (wasn't aware of this) and made the appropriate checks for this. Sadly warranty had expired but he applied a good discount on finalprice which I was very grateful for! Phone fixed quickly (in less than 30 minutes probably) with no extra cost for express service either. Definetely recommend!!
