I went to visit your liverpool store and the service I received was fantastic . Everything was explained about the battery replacement and what would be involved . It so nice and refreshing to get what you pay for and nothing was hidden in the pricing . Today I visited the Chiswick-Ismash and I was very disappointed because before that I have spoken with operator on the phone and he never told me that they fix only IPhones so I have waisted my time going all the way there :((
I went there to change the battery of my iphone 8 plus, the staff are very friendly and they changed the battery real quick, i didnt even waited that long. And they very kind to give me a free screen protector.
Took in my 5 years old samsung into the Bluewater store as it had stopped working and could not charge. They knew exactly what problem was but given age of phone v cost of a repair it would not be economical for me to go ahead However to help me they offered a temp repair to get it working and so i could download the data etc . They went above and beyond what i expected and even refused payment as they could not offer a guarantee on the repair done. Guys thanks for helping me out!!
Asked iSmash to replace my cracked iPad screen at a cost of Β£135, however when I went to collect it they told me it was only the screen protector which was damaged and so it was only Β£15 to pay - I really appreciated their honesty and the speed of turn around. They said theyβd call when it was ready the same day and they did! 10 out of 10 for service. Thanks Polash and the iSmash Chiswick team
I brought my pixel 6a into the iSmash in Shoreditch for a screen replacement - right after i noticed the fingerprint unlock didn't work, the guy recommended a restart and it worked, patchy, at first and then less and less and eventually not at all. And less than 3 weeks later the screen developed weird black purple blotches. It had literally happened overnight so I could only assume it wasn't put on properly and was starting to come off. I checked the warranty under which i was clearly covered and went back to the store for a replacement or a refund which i was (very forcefully) denied. When I asked why, I was told my phone had apparently become bent. It laid flush on the glass like surface in the shop and they still blank refused to keep to their warranty promise. I've reported them to action fraud and the citizens advice bureau. AVOID!

Aug 31,2023Horrendous and would avoid at all costs After visiting ismash for a simple screen repair I find myself in a situation where my phone is now in a worse condition than when I initially brought it in for repair, with no audio and an unresponsive screen. After two trips back I am told that the only option for a mistake they made is that I have to send my phone away for 7 days, with no temporary replacement given to me while I wait for the phone. To add insult to injury they won't refund me for the initial screen repair, despite it being faulty and them breaking my phone. Zero accountability or understanding from staff, they couldn't care less about it and said I should take it up with head office. Horrible company.
