Mar 28,2024Lieferung ist eine Katastrophe. Angeblich wurde die Bestellung bereits vor 1,5 Wochen versendet. Auf Nachfrage erhält man immer wieder einen Standardtext: "...morgen wird sich jemand bei ihnen melden" oder auch "... bis heute Nachmittage erhalten Sie die Lieferinformationen" Leider ist auch nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage nichts passiert und wir wissen aktuell nicht wo genau sich unsere 6.500€ Bestellung befindet. Der Kundenservice ist zwar nett aber auch vollkommen überfordert.

Jun 05,2024j'ai commandé un échantillon de céramique et j'ai reçu deux petits bouts qui ne sont pas représentatifs d'un carreau complet. Le dépôt les a envoyé pour ne pas traîner. Mais ce n'était pas bon. Ils viennent de m'envoyer un entier à leur frais. Bon service commercial !
