The company has also taken on board my feedback regarding the information given at point off sale and are going to improve this part of the service. I would happily use this company again after being satisfied that complaints are listened to and taken seriously.

Apr 11,2023We found a lot of tiles we liked for our bathroom. We found Italiangres to be the only company that would send samples to Germany. The package with the sample tiles arrived per Express from Italy. After the final decision we had some confusion on the availability. After the confimation by telefone we paid and finally got the tiles we had chosen. We would advise to start this process early and allow for some time.
