Mar 26,2024Actually my license number was wrong on the license which I got from itca and it was because of my fault, but I am requesting to itca may you please change my license number and may you send me a new license which could I use. One of my freind is using this, he is too much happy from this license. My license number is PB41 20230000807 But it was PN41 20230000807 on the license cause of my mistake. Mar 21,2024It is not valid, nor acceptable anywhere. Your IDP needs to be from the same country where the original license is issued. I ordered my booklet, and the transport office informed me it was not valid at all.

Mar 18,2024I made 2 applications 12 days ago and have recieved jumbled emails that make no sense to my requests or applications. I have since applied to another non governmental company and got my booklet and card back within 3 days. I also applied to get governmental one and it should arrive this week. Don't waste your money or time on ITCA. GRN200-5699-6475 GRN200-5699-6473 Edit: Today (with no notice from ITCA) I received both booklets from a UK address. I checked with my car rental provider and it is not valid nor acceptable. Edit: After a couple of coherent email exchanges today on 23 March I received in my bank account full refunds for both applications.

Mar 05,202439 Euros for an IDP? Just go to any UK Post office with your driving license and a photograph - it will be done right away and cost just £5.00. This is a rip off.

Jan 17,2024Application adds various add-on's by default. I was applying for 5 year permit. Attempted to deselect urgent service and other unnecessary services. While doing so the permit validity had changed to 1 year. Now trying to resolve it via Whatapp and telephone. Whatapp messages are answered sporadically. Unable to contact via the UK phone number and Turkish phone number. I was offered a 20% off discount code at the beginning. As the 1 year permit was somehow selected the full 20% discount wasn't applied on checkout. I've offered to pay the difference for 5 year permit if the calculation is done properly. No response from WhatsApp Support to this suggestion. Had an email saying that soft copy option for the card has been selected when a card hasn't been ordered, so I need to remove the soft copy option or add the card option. I do not need the card (only need the permit). There is no suggestion on the email as to how to go about adding/removing services now. i.e. amending the order. Update (18.01.2024)-John reverted to me via WhatApp yesterday (I did email Catrina/ICTA team to explain when I received their email saying permit and card will be shipped) to inform that the one-year IDP will be shipped (also to ask if I wanted the Card - I said no to this). I then asked about the 5 year. He contacted finance team and they worked out the additional payment. Once the paypal link was sent, I made the additional payment immediately. Now waiting for permit to arrive in post in 3-5 days. Will update this review once it's received. I'm increasing rating from 2 to 3 stars due to amicable resolution (with potential 4 stars once permit is received and everything is in order) Update (02.02.2024) - Everything worked out fine. IDP received via special delivery with correct valid to date (5 year validity). Increasing rating to 4 stars as promised in my previous update.

Nov 16,2023Bonjour, Suite à deux graves erreurs de la part d'ITCA sur le document IDP ( Validité erreur & Nationalité erreur ! ) Aprés beaucoup de temps de perdu et de nombreux échanges par mail, puis sur What's app pendant presque 1 mois, Mr John à enfin réglé le problème avec gentillesse et efficacité et je le remercie. Néanmoins j'avais payé à ITCA pour 5 années de validité , mais cette erreur n'a pas été résolue ( probablement du à un problème informatique d'ITCA en interne ? ou avec leur code promo non pris en compte par leur système lors de ma demande ? je ne comprends pas ? ) Donc à titre commercial Mr John m'a aimablement accordé 2 ans de validité pour compenser tous ces inconvénients. Une amie ayant effectuée la même demande en même temps (car nous effectuerons le même voyage ) a reçu par mail le document IDP parfaitement rédigé, mais elle n'a jamais reçu son document Livret ni sa carte IDP par DHL comme prévu ... Sa réclamation est toujours en cours de traitement ... ITCA doit s'améliorer ! C'est surtout une solution payante de "dépannage" , car malheureusement actuellement en France il faut patienter pendant sept mois pour obtenir de l'administration française un permis international. Encore merci à Mr John pour son aide efficace.

Apr 10,2024Bestellt am 2.4. am 10.4. noch nichts erhalten außer unverständliche Mails. Vom Support keine Antwort. Lieferzeit nicht eingehalten, daher Produkt auch nun nicht mehr benötigt. Kann nur abraten. Update: Am 16.4. Also 2 Wochen nach Bestellung kam die Lieferung dann doch an. Werde berichten ob es anerkannt wird. Daher Korrektur auf 3 Sterne (war vorher 1 Stern).
