Nov 01,2024They try to rip you off in numerous ways. All games open with the MAXIMUM BET in play, we have to pay attention and lower the bet EVERY TIME we change games. Today, they inflated ALL of the bets. Star 4 was a 1M bet yesterday and is 1.5M today. BUT, consider star 20 was 1B yesterday and a hefty 2.5B today. Buy more coins, buy more coins. They are so greedy! When you email them, they answer you with already prepared templates. They don't answer any questions. Worst customer service anywhere!!!

Since they went to artificial intelligence the chances for winning anything has diminished by a lot, I have won many times and the credits were never posted. Recently i won 6 billion and the computer flashed up a message "lost connection to server". I not only lost the 6 billion but also what I had in the bank at the time which was 1.2 billion.

Aug 16,2024I have played this for a very long time and sadly gave this game hundreds of dollars to continue play Over 2 weeks ago and at least 5 contacts trying to understand why they took money out of my card without my permission, once even saying I want to speak with upper management- still have no reply back What kind of business is that I guess I need to report fraud for unauthorized purchase since they refuse to respond !! Company obviously does not care about its clients

Aug 11,2024I play on a lot of apps. This app is absolute thievery!!!!! You buy $25 worth of coins, bet 100,000 coins per spin and your money is gone in an hour. This has not happened to me 1,2,3 times,, but close to 10. They should be ashamed of themselves taking peoples money this way. This is not gambling, this is meant to be entertainment. Awful

This is a horrible game no wonder they advertise all the free credits to download the game!, you’ll go through all those credits with nothing to show for it!, about a month ago, I was the highest rank, then they took all my credits away and made me start from the bottom again?, as I said this game sucks go elsewhere do not play this crap game it’s horrible and worst game on any site! If you ever have the chance to go to any hard rock casino.....and play the real game..... it's INSANE! This game has the same pictures,sound and play kinetics.....but you can spin your ass off...( I NEVER) pay a dime on these games) ....and the small payoffs makes this game freaking BORING! It's not the fact that I play for free....read the reviews from hundreds of players who have spent a lot of real cash on this game....and say the same thing I am. This could be awesome......but it's dialed WAY down for profits.... don't waste your time!

Today really made me mad when the Diamond Pass points clicked over to a new season and there’s 6 days left in the month! Starting at zero again. I think it’s time to delete this game.
