Mar 30,2024I have figured out how to guarantee that I won't hit absolutely anything and that is to purchase points. You pay real money just to play their slots and as soon as they get your money it is a guarantee that you will not hit a single thing. You are better off playing their free points. You have a much better chance of actually hitting something.

Never lose your money again. 100 bucks for a great software program is a lot better than 500 bucks you’re gonna lose in this crooked app. Why keep paying money on a app you can’t collect money from?

Feb 26,2024When you first download the game it is designed to feed you win after win to get you hooked. (Pro tip on all gambling mobile apps just max bet for first 15-20 minutes you never lose). After the initial 15-20 minutes of constant spinning you will start noticing that you lose way more frequently. They do this to drain your funds and get you to buy packs. Once you purchase a pack there is a hidden win rate boost that lasts for quite some time (typically just keeps you at or slightly above bundles purchase amount). Once they’ve determined you’ve gotten your moneys worth the rates will take a rapid nose dive back to near zero. It will completely drain funds and force you to buy bundles again or quit. (You should quit).

Feb 18,2024Poor 4 hr timed bonus for a meager 1 million coins times maybe 30x. So 30M coins but they want you to bet 10-15M a spin for better prizes. You get all star points but few honey bucks to cash upgrades. Party prize redemptions can be 1,2,4,6 or 8 hrs. Money,all star points no honey bucks! Frequent annoying pop ups. What used to be fun games is tedious work. And expensive!

Feb 12,2024I've been playing now for over 3 months, daily and have spent WAY TOO MUCH MONEY, and yet to hit a jackpot. They lure you in by games paying at lower bets, you then buy coins and increase your bet only to find it doesn't pay or bonus any longer. Over 300p spins in Dancing Drums Explosion without an explosion bonus. Read and believe the reviews, you'll regret it like me if you purchase coins!!!! Truly wish I never started playing

However, I have had several things I dont like .... i had the Diamond pass and i had not claimed all the prizes for it and today when i got on ... they were all gone and a new game started... i dont think it is fair to not let you keep the rewards that you have earned just havent claimed yet... i contacted them and basically they just said "sorry"... I think they should owe me at least a new diamond pass to replace what i lost... also ive noticed if you have a lot of money then the minimum bets are high and if you lose down on $ then the min bet gets smaller .... about ready to quit the whole thing...

Jan 30,2024the game don't pay out anymore . they can't improve because they have gotten greedy. if i have to spend more than 25$ a month to have fun all month but still not get any cash back for big wins and need to spend another 25$ in 3 or 4 days just to lose again I will play lottery or take my money to a real casino where I have a chance to win back real money

Jan 28,2024When I first started playing it seemed fine but the more time I played, the more I started losing straight, without ever winning anything back, until I was forced to buy more coins, no matter which game I chose to play. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and still lose straight. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY- IT IS ONLY A SCAM TO FORCE YOU TO KEEP PAYING FOR A "FREE" GAME.

Jan 10,2024This is the worst casino game. The payback are horrible and have to be based on time of play or amount of coins in your bank. There is no way they are playing fair in their win rates. I understand they have to make money, but it would be better if you had some chance to enjoy playiong before your credits run out. Almost all side prises are based on the playing for long time, but the payback is so bad the only way to do that is continue paying for coins. Leave it alone!!!

Jan 07,2024Over 7 years I've been playing and the past 2 years this game is a complete joke, bingo game is a complete waste of time and money blackouts almost every single game and 65 plus balls, I call bingo every Thursday night and have been doing that for years...it doesn't happen that way! You spend 50 bucks a week and get nothing, make a complaint and get back b/s excuses.going to delete the game and stop my frustration! Tell as many people as you can to not play thisgame!!!!!

Nov 25,2023BBEWARE....default bet on machines so high, if u accidently bump spin before u can reset to a lower bet ur chip balance is gone......i bumped spin accidently & it wiped out $100 in chips instantly! Other casino aps make u confirm bet b4 u can spin. No such customer protection in this ap! Huge default bets are around $50 in chips.......a huge "trip wire" programed in each slot so they can make $$$$ No wonder they tout being #1 grossing casino ap! Devious at best, morally incorrect. I mean really, who hasn't accidentally bumped something on their phone, of course they know that.....so if you accidentally bumped spin b4 you lower the bet, poof your chips are gone! To replace would have cost me $100. BEWARE Trying customer help in AP or leaving bad review in Google Play only gets you canned answer. No one there wants to help you because they built this in their system to take your money, BEWARE

Nov 21,2023I have played this game for over 10 years, and spent a lot of dollars on "Chip Packages". I am an experienced player. I know and understand that any type of gambling has the odds stacked against you and I understand and eccept this for the entertainment factor. But recent changes and just plain greed have taken over the fun of this game. The so called "help desk" is an automated mess of canned responses. The chip packages have been increased and modified to maximize $ paid. The slots are tighter than ever and this is PLAY MONEY! The Quests, prizes, and even the personalized offers are a complicated scam. You get spammed with 4-5 screens of these offers upon entering the game. You can't even leave on slot without more piled on. This is a greed grab, Shame on the game and anyone who supports or works for SCI FY.
