Jun 13,2024Kladd med hämtning - där vi fick hämtat och lasta på lastbil för att genast lastas av med förklaringen att de fått ett mer akut jobb och sedan mycket dålig service hos transport/kundtjänst när vi försökte reda ut vad som hänt och hur det skulle lösas Inga problem med chaufförer som var trevliga - snarare arbetsledning som skulle behöva förbättras i service och kundbemötande

Jun 13,2024JET-11788848 Service was offered as max. 2-days shipment. In the end it took a whole week. We never had to provide a shippers declaration for Laptops before. It was also not mentioned before I booked this shipment that this document is needed. The type of goods was mentioned in the RFQ. Shipment was picked up and then the document was requested only. This was a totally unneccesary delay.

Jun 11,2024Our delivery person said that he didn't have time to unload the trolly our shipment was loaded on. So he put the fully loaded trolly on or driveway, said that he would pick it up later that evening so that I had time to unload it myself. Sure, no problem I said. Fast forward 3 days and he hadn't picked it up and I had to spend time with customer service among other things to get it picked up. Really 1/10, would not recommend.
