Apr 20,2024I live in Denmark. This is a garbage service, they only deliver during weekdays and working hours, so you'll have to be at home the whole day. They advertise that you'll choose a time window so that you can stay at home as little as possible, but when they call you, you find out the time window is between 8am and 4pm, so the whole day. So you pay extra to use a courier with time windows, and then you have to wait at home the whole day anyway. At 6 pm they still hadn't delivered my package, so I stayed at home the whole day for nothing anyway. I had to be bounched back and forth between phone lines and eventually had to reschedule delivery, which means I'll have to take another day off from work next week. What a bunch of scammers delivering garbage service.

Apr 15,2024They came as agreed to collect the package, they called first. They delivered the package a few hours earlier than expected. Overall, I have the impression that they can be trusted and deliver as agreed. The package was insured and arrived in good condition.
