Feb 13,2021Great marketing (hand-written note a lovely touch), but surprised to see no one mention their Oat Milk offering being not so great. We try a lot of alternative milk chilled coffee products as my partner is lactose intolerant, and we both agree it has a weird taste. Sadly, now got 12 of them! And cancelled our subscription. No way to review on the website so leaving my thoughts here for the lactose intolerant/alternative crew!

Feb 09,2021Have been a big fan of Jimmy’s way back to when they used to have little square cartons of iced coffee! Recently started a subscription to satisfy my (probably excessive) consumption of their incredible iced mocha and have been so impressed with the price, ease of subscription edits and speed of delivery. With my most recent delivery it included an absolutely lovely handwritten note and some free granola to say thank you for being a subscriber which was honestly such a nice touch from a big company! Sign of great customer service and really appreciated. Lovely coffee from a lovely company, please never change guys! P.s. please bring back your iced gingerbread latte you used to make years ago - it was the absolute bomb!

Feb 15,2021Outstanding service, super speedy delivery and the little note in my box made my day! Products are fantastic. Had tried the coffees before but this was my first experience with the cola coffee and it blew me away. The only downside is it goes down too easy and you could drink the 12 back to back without realising the caffeine content!
