Jan 02,2022Ordered items with next day delivery, payment accepted, received confirmation of order. And that was the last communication from this company. Item not shipped, contacted them to ask for refund, no response even though office was open prior Christmas. Sent another 2 emails, 9 days later still no response. Openned claim with paypal, still no response from seller. Waiting for escalation to get my money back. Update: when placing the order on the 23rd of December the information on the website stated that my order will be delivered on the 24th of December. It also stated that they reopen on the 29th of December but I didnt get any response until 4th of January and only after Paypal stepped in. I stand by my review. 2nd update: When placing an order there was an information that I have until 2pm on the 23rd to ensure delivery on the 24th. I placed the order at 1pm on the 23rd with immediate paypal payment. I then received email confirmation for next day delivery. This feedback is based on my personal experience. Thank you for the refund and I wish you all success in the new year. Yes. This information is clearly displayed on your website now. However, it wasnt visible on the 23rd, hence I placed the order. I was after the product and quick delivery, not hassle. Shall I knew you already closed, I would've simply chosen different company who also offered next day delivery. I chose you based on the next day delivery promise. My overall experience was disappointing hence my review. Nonetheless, I wish you all the best.
