Nov 10,2024Purchased and received order. Item was damaged, DND Topcoat refill 500ml was damaged, spilt into box and bubble wrap was soaking with topcoat. The bottle wasn't sealed with a silver seal inside so I assume it must of been a reused bottle or a OEM bottle of their own. Called up to complain but was told that no one was there to handle the complaint. Plenty of other nail suppliers to use online, so I avoid this one for now

I understand this will always be difficult when looking online, however, from previous experience with other websites I have had better results. The green I thought i ordered turned out to be really very yellow and I will never wear it as a nail polish.
