Oct 19,2022Today JLN plumbing came to fit a new cold water stop cock, shower and shower pump and fix my toilet cistern which has been broken for nearly 10 years. Came on time, explained clearly what was being done and why and worked solidly till all work completed. Everything works now, which is such a relief. Price very competitive. I struggle with anxiety and depression and Scott made this so simple and stress free. Can’t thank JLN enough.

Oct 18,2022Trusted, efficient, reliable, friendly service at a competitive price, time after time. We have been using JLN for all our plumbing needs for years now, would not look anywhere else. This occasion was for our annual boiler service. Received reminder from JLN, booked in quickly - engineer arrived friendly as always, completed works efficiently, maintenance record received immediately via email then invoiced and paid on the spot - very quick!

Oct 14,2022Came on time and did a half-decent job. Had to call them back because they fitted my external tap to a wall with the flimsiest of plastic brackets. Rather than admit they didn't have the correct part they left without saying anything. However, they did come back and rectify the job a week later after I complained. Never seemed to get a job done in one visit with this crowd.

He got the job done with no drama, left the work area clean and tidy and provided me with feedback and the relevant paperwork. I always use JLN for all my plumbing jobs and have no complaints with their work or the service I receive. They have always been very professional and reliable and the quality of their work is of a high standard which always gives me peace of mind.

Oct 04,2022Rely heavily on JLN for my elderly mums boiler issues. Promptly responded to a 'no hot water issue'. Fay was brilliant on the communication as always (super efficient) and Craig the Engineer let me know he was on route and diagnosed the fault, obtained a spare part and repaired same day. Super super efficient company. Very very highly recommended. Thank you JLN your brilliant.
