Dec 01,2022George, the Plumber came to investigate an intermittent leak I am experiencing. Unfortunately, he couldn't find an answer but gave me good advice for future to try and take video footage and email to office so that hopefully it could be sorted. He was thorough in his investigation to try and put my mind at rest. I really appreciated his help. Plus an appointment was booked for two days after I rang initially which I really appreciated.

Nov 30,2022Friendly service, gave an explanation of work needed in the future. We book JLN to come out and do boiler service every year. All engineers have been friendly and efficient which is really appreciated. I’m just sorry our 3 month old was crying at the end 😂

Nov 26,2022this is the seconf time we have used JNPumbing and again it has been a really good experience. This time we have had a new boiler installed. Scott was excellent. He is obviously a very competent plumber and inspires confidence. He kept us informed as to what was happening and why, he worked hard and everything was left clean and tidy. He also has a really nice friendly manner and kept disruption to a minimum for us. I have been impressed with the company as a whole. The office staff are helpfull and efficient as was the estimator. I am also pleased to see a company taking on apprentices and providing them with a good training. We have no reservations in recommending them and we will certainly use them again.
