Simple things, like speaking to a polite person at the end of a phone, turning up on time and providing an honest and professional job by an experienced plumbing expert, in this case John at JLN.

Dec 06,2021I have used JLN plumbing before so know they are a good company. Just completed a boiler and gas fire service. John did the servicing and was very friendly and helpful; very neat and tidy. The added bonus is my fire now looks brand new so very happy with the work and will be using them again in the future.

Dec 02,2021Standard annual service of our vintage Potterton central heating boiler this morning. Engineer arrived on time 0800 and completed the job in just over an hour. This included topping up the inhibitor and cleaning the flow filter. Happy with the work done and will see JLN next year.

Dec 02,2021Just had my new underfloor heating and new boiler supplied and fitted by JLN Plumbing, and I have to say this is one of the most professional companies i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Jim, the owner, came out to look at what we wanted, and I have to say, he was a joy to deal with, from start to finish. Jim had great ideas and was very methodical in his approach. In addition, explaining everything in great detail. To top it off Jim is a genuinely nice guy, Furthermore, I would like to say a big thank you to Scott, his engineer who put everything together, literally nothing was too much for him whenever we needed anything! Thanks again JLN we will definitely be using you again :)

Dec 02,2021My boiler was serviced on 23rd September 2021. I told the service engineer that the boiler kept losing the water pressure. He serviced the boiler and told me it should be fine for ‘a few more months’. However, I phoned JLN again on 29th December because the loss of pressure had continued and obviously the service engineer had not addressed the problem. I am hoping that the problem will be addressed and cured. If not, I will be looking for a new service company. I have used JLN for many years and I am disappointed with the service done in September. This problem should have been dealt with while the weather was reasonable instead of now, when the weather is somewhat inclement.
