Nov 11,2021Craig was our Engineer. He came to service a boiler and gas fire. Craig arrived on time, was friendly, and he explained what he was going to do before he started. Then he just got on and did it the work with no fuss. Afterwards he explained what he had done and took payment before leaving. It's as good as it gets! Thank you.

Nov 04,2021I would definitely recommend JLN. After being left without heating by my builders, they came out, quoted and fitted me in the next day. The service from everyone I spoke to was fantastic, everyone was helpful and polite. I will certainly use them again!

Oct 30,2021Had Installed a new radiator and replaced an existing radiator to a double. Was notified in the morning that the guy’s were on their way and arrived on time. The lads were very polite, explained what they were going to do. Lay on the carpet a protective cover, and then carried on with the work. Had one small unforeseen issue, they asked me to I see what it was and explained how the would deal other. I asked a few questions which were answered . Tidied up after themselves. Overall really pleased with the service, no complaints.

Oct 15,2021Excellent service very prompt at replying on what's app regarding booking someone to fix our boiler. We had an engineer Craig Tonks he was very punctual, chearful and professional. He fixed our boiler promptly having the parts needed in the van, he explained what he had done and the price was very reasonable too less than we had budgeted for. We would definitely use them again and recommend them.
