Jul 29,2021Great Boiler service as always ,polite professional and easy to book, you receive a text on the day which you can use to get an accurate time of arrival and show which engineer is coming to do the work. Would highly recommend JLN Plumbing.

Jul 28,2021We needed 3 taps replacing and an intermittent leaky pipe worked upon. Contacting JLN via the online page was easy and no hassle. I was called back on the same day, the price was clearly explained and an appointment quickly arranged for a day that suited me. On the day, a text was sent as promised early in the time slot allowed and George quickly arrived. He was courteous, tidy and worked solidly for almost 2 hours in the heat and addressed all of our problems leaving the job clean and tidy. Unfortunately, we found a minor issue with the pipe a day later but JLN were receptive when I called them and quickly arranged for a return visit when George found and rectified the minor error within a few minutes. I am very pleased with the work and also the exceptional service received, will use JLN again if a need arises and, based upon my experience, would recommend them unreservedly to others.

Jul 26,2021First class plumbing company. They were professional, friendly and able to advise precisely the work they could do. We had our bathroom pipes redirected into the main stack, it took about 3 hours roughly by Reece and an apprentice. Beforehand they were happy to give a quote for the work and it was done in good time. Excellent, really happy, will be using again in future

Jul 22,2021Excellent service. Booke din for a boiler service. Engineer arrived the next day, wore a mask without having to ask, worked efficiently and was very friendly. Can’t ask for better service, very happy. Was even considerate during payment and sent us a payment link as opposed to handling the card machine.

Jul 20,2021Leaking toilet and broken tap called JLN, got a date with a few working days, texted to say on their way at 8am, arrived before 9am and all sorted before 1030am including going and getting parts required. Professional and efficient, brilliant service.
