Apr 11,2021I called them first thing one Wednesday morning and they were round within a few hours. Plumber was friendly and informative and was able to diagnose the problem with my boiler. Needed a new part which they were able to fit on the Friday. Was very happy with the level of service received, would definitely recommend and use again.

Apr 11,2021I’m only at the stage of getting quotes right now but what I can say is that Paul was actually interested in what problems we had with our current central heating system and what we wanted out of a new system. Other companies have quoted an off the shelf system without actually asking or taking on board our requirements. So if JLN isn’t on your list to quote for your job, they should be.

Apr 10,2021Following service of the boiler the engineer spotted that a valve was leaking. The engineer reported this back to the office so a quote could be drawn up and forwarded for the repair. The quote arrived in a couple of days and I was able to book the repair. The engineer that arrived was the same engineer that had serviced the boiler so he knew of the history. The repair was carried out very efficiently and I was able to pay the bill there and then under strict covid rules. An invoice and list of work carried out was sent to my email. Very happy with the efficiency of the whole repair from reporting it to completion.

I’ve stuck with this company over the years, and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Apr 06,2021The boiler pressure was showing to be dangerously high and causing a leak in the radiator joint. John arrived in the time booked, was polite and gave information as to the problem when asked. He completed the repair and cleared everything up before he left. Another good job by JLN plumbing.

We didn’t feel we were just being advised so they could make money, we felt it was genuine good advice.
