Jul 01,2023Having been let down by a plumber Friday morning, one who couldn’t be bothered to tell me he had no intention of keeping my booking as he had other work, I called JLN. They are usually so busy I fully expected a week or so wait, but as luck would have it, an engineer was free and was booked immediately. I had a text confirming the time. Craig arrived earlier than planned but JLN called asking me if that was ok. Craig is the happiest and cheeriest of plumbers I’ve ever met. Agreed with what I thought the issue was but did a few tests. He needed a part he didn’t have so popped to get one. He was back in 10 mins and the work was completed. No more radiators coming on when the hot water taps run! I wish I’d just gone to JLN in the first place!

Jul 01,2023Brilliant from start to finish, 1st class service. John was so friendly and very knowledgeable. Faye and Kerrie in the office are kind, friendly and accommodating to your needs. We rang up at 5pm last night and the problem was deal with by 1pm today, very efficient and perfectly timed. Will definitely use JLN again! Thanks so much to you all

The estimator who came to see us was on time, courteous, professional and really took time to understand our requirements and to offer various suggestions. The quote was also very competitive, in line with others that we received. JLN Plumbing came to us via a recommendation from a friend in the plumbing trade, and we can certainly see why they came so well recommended!

The plumber was very knowledgable and polite and quickly fixed the issue. Pricing was very affordable and a good quality job was completed. This is the third time I've used JLN plumbing - and each time I've received the same professional quality of service. Thank you JLN :)

Jun 01,2023The plumber Scott Griffin did a quick and tidy job of replacing our shower and the price was reasonable. The appointment had been delayed from the previous week because the van had broken down although we had another shower we could use. In general we rely on JLN for most of our plumbing and have had very good service and high quality workmanship.

May 10,2023We recently contacted JLN for a quote for a bathroom refit. Our consultant , Paul , was punctual , courteous , pleasant and friendly whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism He made suggestions as to the option of a part refurbishment as opposed to a complete renovation / refurbishment of our existing bathroom . The former had not been a consideration prior to the consultation and we appreciated his positive input and ideas . From our recent experience at the early planning stage we would not hesitate to recommend both Paul and the company JLN Plumbing and Heating Engineers . They have been most helpful.
